My name is Diaraye Diallo and I am a (obviously) a young black woman. My country of orgin is Guinee Conakry. My parents immigrated here in 2000 and gave birth to lovely me a year later. I am also a young Muslim woman. These identities have lead me to have a strong interest in social justice issues. My position as a young muslim, African woman and my struggle with gender norms, gender roles, racism, and predujice towards my religion has really influenced me to put my voice into topics like these ad various social justice issues.
